CSG Consultants have performed the following representative projects:

	Legal Counsel for a Washington State Sewer District in a $1.1 million arbitration against a national engineering firm for damages caused by design errors and omissions. Achieve Interim Award invalidating the engineer's $50,000 contractual limitation of liability. Final hearing will be scheduled in the Fall of 2004.
	Legal counsel in 2 matters for a Washington State city. Defended City in a contractor claim of $220,000, which ultimately settled in mediation. Represented City in a $260,000 claim for defective construction, which was also settled in mediation.
	Provided contract advisory services to King County, Washington to evaluate alternative contracting methods for a construction project.
