CSG Consultants have performed the following representative projects:

	Provided contracts consultant specialist services on design professional teams to strengthen design professional teams. Ronald Leaders has been retained as a contracts consultant for an owner's design professional team on ten large infrastructure projects, valued at more than $500 million. Recent examples involve the development of a ten year strategic alliance contracting program for $100 million of electrical generation expansion for the Cayman Islands and a similar strategic alliance contracting program for more than $50 million of electrical generation expansion in Grenada.
	Implemented highly successful early mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques as claims manager on a captive insurer / Lloyd's of London insurance program. Results included reduction of defense costs and settlements to less than one-tenth of prior levels. This record of successful implementation of early mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution demonstrated the value of separate ADR counsel not responsible for litigation.
	Implementation of the Disputes Potential Index (currently being employed) on a 10 year, $100 million electrical system expansion program for the Cayman Islands and on a 12 year, $15 million hydroelectric rehabilitation engineering contract negotiation.
	Successfully retrained and redirected the construction inspection and construction management staff of a national engineering firm to adopt and implement a dispute avoidance and early dispute resolution program. Results included reduction of claims arising from construction projects by over 90% from previous levels.
