July 2010. Insight Insurance selects CSG as program manager for its quarterly webinars for its accountant and insurance broker book of business. CSG will provide all program management services to plan and deliver professional development training to Insight’s insureds throughout the United States.

June 2010. CSG delivers record-breaking webinar for Beazley Insurance, providing professional development training and continuing education credits to roughly 2,000 design professionals and brokers from 602 firms attending Beazley’s June webinar on Construction Phase Services - the largest audience since Beazley started hosting these events in 2006. May 2010. New York engineer continuing education webinars sponsored by ACEC – New York and managed by CSG will be increased in frequency to monthly programs, to meet the expanded continuing education needs of New York engineers. CSG has provided webinar program management services for ACEC – NY since the launch of its webinar programs in November 2006, with a projected 32 programs to be completed by the end of 2010.

April 2010. Webinar on new CA liability decision sponsored by CSG provided breaking news insights and strategies on dealing with a troublesome California court decision on a design professional’s duty to defend clients under indemnity provisions, in the UDC v. CH2M Hill decision. Nearly 100 firms and several hundred individual design professionals participated on this program. A program archive is available to the design and insurance community from CSG.

December 2009. Risk management consulting services will be provided by CSG under an initial phase $300,000 contract awarded by the R. W. Beck/AECOM Program Management team on $2 billion Tarrant Regional Water District Integrated Pipeline Project. The initial phase covers an 18 month term, with future risk management, claim avoidance and dispute resolution services expected to be provided through the 2018 completion of the project. Ron Leaders will be the CSG consultant providing services on this project and will be in charge of developing and implementing dispute resolution and claim avoidance practices on the project.

September 2009. Beazley Insurance selected Ron Leaders of CSG to co-present their quarterly webinar on Advanced Contract Negotiation Techniques. More than 500 firms insured by Beazley participated, with an estimated 1,500 individuals receiving this professional development and continuing education training.

March 2009. PLAN Agents selected CSG to provide webinar program management services in support of the launch of PLAN’s quarterly webinars to its approximately 50 member brokers and their design professional clients. PLAN is one of the largest specialty broker associations specializing in design professional liability insurance.

December 2007. Project dispute resolution services will be provided by CSG under a contract awarded by Lexington Insurance under its project insurance program on the $1.8 billion MGM City Center Project in Las Vegas. The services will focus on issue facilitation with the goal of assisting in the resolution of developing disputes and claims. The services are expected to continue until scheduled completion of the project in December 2009.

June 2007. APWA of Washington Newsletter selects Ron Leaders of CSG to author quarterly articles on contract administration, risk management, dispute resolution and claim assessment topics for the Chapter’s 1,200 public entity and consultant members.

May 2005. CSG launches a Washington public contracting webinar program series to address new developments and leading-edge trends in public works contracting and claim resolution. Ron Leaders of CSG will be the lead presenter or moderator on these programs, which are designed to assist public entities in upgrading their contracting practices to achieve better project performance.

April 2004. Public Risk Management Association selects CSG to take over the program management of its virtual seminars, providing risk management services via audio conference to PRIMA’s 2,200 member entities. CSG, which as sponsored and delivered more than 50 webinars to the design and construction industry since 2000, is now expanding its services to provide webinar program management services to organizations sponsoring their own programs to their members.
