- Negotiated complex risk allocation program involving a public utility and engineering firm for a 9 year, $9 million engineering contract.
- Developed negotiation strategies and assisted clients in successfully negotiating hundreds of construction and consulting contracts, emphasizing creative approaches to contract problems that maintain good client relationships.
- Monitored insurance compliance with risk and quality management requirements of insurer- a condition to continued access to favorable insurance coverage and premiums.
- Provided risk avoidance, management counseling, claim and litigation management and loss reserve setting to captive insurance company of engineering firm. London underwriters required the involvement of our consultant as a condition of underwriting. Eight year claim experience was less than 5% of insurance premiums.
