CSG Consultants have performed the following representative projects:

	Developed recommendations and guide contract and specification provisions that enabled a public owner to reject as non-responsive marginally-qualified bidders on a critical project without a bid protest.
	Performed contract administration responsibilities as Manager of Legal Affairs on a $2 billion infrastructure project under Federal Acquisition Regulations.
	Member of 12 person work group to develop construction industry design-build contract documents and engineering agreements for the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee.
	Developed and presented a Fall 2003 workshop to more than 100 Washington public works officials on using responsibility, responsiveness and similar contractor qualifications criteria to minimize contractor claims by avoiding awards to under-qualified contractors.
